By the late 1800's Dunedin was not only the financial capital of New Zealand but also the educational centre. We are proud to introduce an array of inspiring presenters who will provide you with their own gems of knowledge.
Bryce Holdaway – Bryce's appetite for property commenced around 20 years ago, when he stumbled upon the best-selling book ‘Building Wealth through Investment Property' in 1994. Bryce was studying to be an Accountant at the time but was frustrated with the well-worn path of accounting and knew somehow he would make a career out of property. He is a partner and property advisor at Empower Wealth, a buyers agent, co-host of The Property Couch, co-author of The Armchair Guide to Property Investing and co-host of Location Location Location Australia on Foxtel's The Lifestyle Channel.
Nikki Connors - Known as New Zealand's Queen of Property Investment, Nikki Connor's life has been one hell of a rollercoaster ride. Enjoying mega riches and business success, she also danced with the dark side, enduring bankruptcy, domestic violence and depression. Telling her story with disarming wit and candour, Nikki sees her failures in business and relationships as fabulous lessons, ones which have
ultimately led to her current happiness and success. A self-described "fabulous failure", Nikki believes that property investment has been the key to her salvation.
Hayden Cawte – Hayden's company, New Zealand Heritage Properties, specialises in archaeological and heritage consulting services. The company also does property management and the redevelopment of unique and character property throughout New Zealand. He provides the legally required expertise for developers and owners dealing with pre-1900s sites with evidence of human habitation. As a property owner and developer himself, Hayden understands what it means to undertake projects and the need to mitigate costs and surprises.
Nick Hamlin - Nick is Arrow International's Southern General Manager. He is actively involved in the planning and delivery of projects, as well as leading the local team and growing the business across the region. Arrow is a privately owned company created by two Otago men with a dream to be the most outstanding company in the history of the New Zealand construction industry. Arrow projects are characterised by the integrity of their client relationships, a ‘thinking outside the square' approach to challenges, and a passion to succeed.
